Is there a free trial available?
Yes, you can try Paths for free for 30 days with no limitations. CLICK HERE to start your free trial now.
What types of subscriptions are available to PATHS?
Paths offers subscription plans and pricing based on the type and size of your organization. Pricing is month-to-month, and discount pricing is available for annual subscriptions.

Healthcare subscriptions are based on the number of practitioners in your practice (defined as the number of doctors, PAs, OTs, PTs, nurse practitioners, etc., who see patients directly. This number is not based on other staff.)    

-If your practice has from 1-24 practitioners, you may sign up directly. Discounts are offered above 10 practitioners.

-25+ practitioners is considered to be an “enterprise” level account. Please CLICK HERE to connect with our sales department to discuss an enterprise model.
What is your cancellation policy?
Non-enterprise level customers may cancel an active subscription with no penalties prior to your next month’s billing date. Annual subscriptions will be prorated for a refund equal to the number of months remaining in your active subscription. Please CLICK HERE to contact a Client Success representative to initiate your cancellation request.

Enterprise client cancellations will be based on contract terms and conditions. Please contact your Paths sales representative to discuss any cancelation issues.

Is Paths HIPAA Certified?
Yes, we are fully HIPAA certified. We are also SOC2 certified for complete peace of mind for providers and patients.
